Seaside and Santa Rosa Beach real estateWhen someone discusses real property located within the area that includes the Beaches of South Walton along 30-A, they may in fact make mention of Santa Rosa Beach real estate or Seaside real estate. This is likely because those communities truly are where it all began for this storied region. In terms of the history of 30-A, Santa Rosa Beach is among the oldest of the coastal communities, and Seaside is renowned for being the cradle of New Urbanism.
