30A New Condo Developments

There are currently seven new condo developments along Highway 30A. Two of these new developments are gulf front. One condo building is located directly across the street from the gulf. Another is located in Alys Beach, north of Highway 30A. Two are located in Rosemary Beach with one being north and the other south of Highway 30A. The remaining condo development is located in Inlet Beach where Highway 30A meets Highway 98. The properties are listed below in further detail.

Costa Blanca by Gulf Place

Costa Blanca is located on the west end of Highway 30A just across from Gulf Place. This development consists of fourteen exclusive, gulf front residences and boasts some of the most luxurious high-end finishes.
