We had the opportunity to work with Jason to help us sell a property in the Panama City Beach area and to purchase a lot in a community along 30A. At first we were interested in purchasing another property, and Jason was extremely patient and thorough with our home search. His knowledge of the 30A area is extensive. He was extremely honest about the strengths and weaknesses of each neighborhood we explored. Since he grew up in this area, he has seen the growth and knows the market very well. We were referred to Jason Stephens by our son who really wanted to vacation with his family along Santa Rosa Beach. He and Jason has looked at some properties on one of these vacations and he thought we should look at buying a place there. We did come for a visit to see if we liked the area and we fell in love with the sand and beaches. Almost on a lark we called Jason just to see what the market was. I remember he asked us how motivated we were to buy and I said 1.5 on a scale of 10. Then we looked at properties. We didn't buy that first trip, but were interested in continuing the search. Jason was very responsive to our search. He got any information we requested in a very timely manner. He knows the area very well. We did buy a place while on our second visit and Jason shepherded the process all the way. We closed from out of state so it was more complicated than usual. We met Jason by chance when we were inquiring about some properties back In March at Premier Property Group. We are so happy we did. Jason was extremely knowledgeable about the area in which we were looking and was always very helpful and professional. Being from out of state we were worried that we would not get the attention we needed with a realtor in our search for a property. Jason met our expectations and then some. He was always sending us new and updated property listings as well as emails or texts just to check in. He was always willing to go the extra step including face timing us to show us many of the properties that we were not physically able to go through. We never felt any pressure from him to hurry and and find a property. We eventually found a property 6 months later. Jason was extremely helpful throughout the process. He made sure that all of our questions were answered. Jason was great to work with and we will do so again. We highly recommend him!
It was a great pleasure working with Jason Stephens. He was attentive to what I was looking for and never gave me false hopes. Working from out-of-state had me a little uneasy but Jason made me feel like I was his only client and at ease. Whenever I came to the beach for my house search he was very organized and always personable. He always had the answers to my questions and if he didn't he immediately researched it and got back to me with the answer. What a great experience I had with Premier Property Group and Jason Stephens! I started looking over a year ago for a small condo. Jason initially reached out to me during my search and just continued to work hard for me. He stuck with me through the long journey and constantly checked in with me. We just recently closed on a gulf front condo in the Blue Mountain Beach area of Santa Rosa Beach, FL. When we were looking online at available condos, we came upon the name of Jason Stephens with The Premiere Property Group. I am certainly happy we did.

We started looking at homes on the internet when we first considered purchasing a home on 30A. Jason made contact and expressed interest in helping us identify a home to fit our needs. It only took two day trips to 30A for us to fine the home we purchased. Jason was well prepared with property information and comparable sales/listings on each home we viewed. He was knowledgeable of the market and the issues to be concerned about. We are both very busy in our jobs and Jason made the process of buying our second home easy. He assisted with all items that needed to be completed before closing. We highly recommend Jason to help find your home.
We found a condo online that intrigued us and we called the office and were introduced to Jason. From the very beginning, he was very patient and helped to educate us on the market as well as the buying process. We were purchasing our first property in the area and we had a ton of questions. Jason took the time to make us feel comfortable with all aspects of the process.
When we came to view the condo, Jason also had several alternate properties to show us. He listened to what we wanted and never pushed in any direction. We decided to make an offer on one of the properties. This part of the process took approximately a week with offers and counteroffers going back and forth. At one point it seemed to stall a bit but Jason continued to show patience and helped us to get the property at our price.
Even after we closed, Jason continued to offer guidance on our VRBO page and offered suggestions on how to find vacation renters. The support did not stop just because the papers were signed.
