There are seven separate condos in Rosemary Beach, and each of them has its own look and feel. Most of the condos in the town are located around Barrett Square with the exception of The Flats. The main square in Rosemary Beach is Barrett Square, and there are two sides to Barrett Square, the north side and the south side. The Flats, Barrett Place, Tabby Lofts, The Lofts and The Lofts West are all on the north side of Highway 30A. The Flats sit around St. Augustine Park, and the remaining four condos on the north side of 30A are located around North Barrett Square.
The Savannah and Mercado are on the beach side of 30A in Rosemary Beach and located along South Barrett Square.

With construction beginning early in 2016, The Georgetown will be the final building constructed on North Barrett Square and has a proposed completion date of 2017.
The Flats are located toward the northern part of Rosemary on either side of St. Augustine Park, the main green space on the north side of 30A in Rosemary Beach. The Flats are comprised of five different buildings facing St. Augustine Park. Two of the buildings are located on Georgetown Avenue, and three of them are on St. Augustine Street. The Flats have 30 units with six units in each building.
The Lofts is on the north side of 30A above the bank on the east corner of North Barrett Square overlooking the East Long Green. The first floor of the building is commercial, and The Lofts located on the second and third floors has 10 units. The units have five floor plans, from A through E, from which to choose.
The Lofts West are located in North Barrett Square in Rosemary Beach. These units sit above the Wild Olives Market store on the west side of North Barrett Square, which overlooks the West Long Green. The Lofts West has 14 units with seven different floor plans, A through G. The first floor of the building is commercial, and the second and third floors comprise The Lofts West.
Tabby Lofts is in Barrett Square, the main square in Rosemary Beach. It is on the north side of 30A above commercial space in a building in Barrett Square. The coffee shop occupies part of the lower space in the building. The Tabby Lofts has six units with three different floor plans. Three units are on the second floor, and three are on the third floor.
